Based on the techniques introduced by Dr. Ronald E, Jordan at the beginning of the 90’s (Composite Resin Bonding) and subsequently developed by Dr.R. Goldstein in the field of Cosmetic Dentistry, it provides us with a multitude of solutions in expert hands, by shaping ceramized composite resins attached to teeth which act like artificial enamel, highly resistant to the passage of time and with extraordinary colour stability.

To this effect, the expert undertakes a species of sculpture on the tooth, changing its shape, adding parts lost through erosion or fractures, while whitening the colour of the teeth. 

Especially indicated for:
Fracture of teeth in children
Fracture of teeth in sportsmen and women
Irregular, yellowish teeth
Teeth with old fillings of different colours on their surface
Slightly twisted teeth 
Separated teeth
Patients with little available time
 

It is also possible to complement these treatments with small selective erosions of teeth that jut out, very long teeth or teeth with very emphatic angles, overly pointed canine teeth, asymmetrical or irregular edges of the teeth (“serrated” incisal borders), recovering an anatomy and symmetry in harmony with the generally recognised standards for an ideal smile.
 

Let us not forget that the gums, as well as the teeth, all form part of a lovely smile. When they are very large or thick they can spoil the smile despite having white and well positioned teeth.

In these cases, the ideal thickness and length is achieved using gingivectomy and gingivoplasty techniques, which are performed in one same appointment, without stitches and with the same anaesthetic as is used for Dental Sculpture.
