Its founder  Fernando Moraleda knew from the very first moment that teamwork would be paramount.
His beginnings saw him working with Dr. Carmen Solano Reina, but thanks to his work as a University professor, he was able to select candidates during the final year of their degrees. This selection was based on candidates with the best performance and excellence in their work. The selection sought to diversify specialties and create a good team within one same centre.
